The facilities of the Harris County Psychiatric Center to be operated by The University of Texas System shall be operated consistent with the rules and regulations of the board of regents and with the provisions of this subchapter.\nAdded by Acts 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 848, Sec. 1, eff.
