Education Code § 74.503","heading":"AFFILIATION AGREEMENTS; JOINT APPOINTMENTS.","body":"The board may execute and carry out with any entity or institution affiliation or coordinating agreements that are reasonably necessary or desirable for the conduct and operation of a professional school of the first class; and the board may make joint appointments in other institutions under its governance. The salary of any person who receives a joint appointment shall be apportioned to the appointing institutions on the basis of services rendered.\nAdded by Acts 1973, 63rd Leg., p. 1681, ch. 608, Sec. 1, eff.
