Education Code § 87.203","heading":"ADMISSION, DISCIPLINE, INSTRUCTION.","body":"The board shall prescribe the standards of admission and admit the applicants who meet the requirements. Students shall be subject to the regulations of conduct and discipline prescribed by the board. The board shall make provision for the proper instruction, for courses of study, and for the care, supervision, and management of the school; and the board is vested with all powers necessary for the proper discharge of these duties.\nActs 1971, 62nd Leg., p. 3207, ch. 1024, art. 1, Sec. 1, eff.
