Education Code § 87.208","heading":"SEABORNE CONSERVATION CORPS.","body":"If the board of regents of The Texas A\u0026M University System administers a program that is substantially similar to the Seaborne Conservation Corps as it was administered by the board during the 1998-1999 school year, the program is entitled, for each student enrolled, to allotments from the Foundation School Program under Chapter 48 as if the program were a school district, except that the program has a local share applied that is equivalent to the local fund assignment of the school district in which the principal facilities of the program are located.\nAdded by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 1305, Sec. 1, eff.
