The institution is a component institution of The Texas A\u0026M University System and is under the management and control of the board of regents of The Texas A\u0026M University System.\n(b) The board has the same powers and duties concerning Texas A\u0026M International University as are conferred on it by statute concerning Texas A\u0026M University.\n(c) The institution may teach undergraduate or graduate level courses.\nAdded by Acts 1989, 71st Leg., ch. 105, Sec. 7, eff.
