Education Code § 88.301","heading":"DEFINITIONS.","body":"In this subchapter:\n(1) \"Local government employee member\" means a member who is an employee, as defined by Section 504.001, Labor Code, of a political subdivision, as defined by that section.\n(2) \"Member\" means an individual, other than an employee of The Texas A\u0026M University System, who has been officially designated as a member of Texas Task Force 1.\n(3) Repealed by Acts 2025, 89th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1103 (H.B. 4464), Sec. 8(3), eff. September 1, 2025.\n(4) \"State employee member\" means a member employed by an agency of the state other than a component of The Texas A\u0026M University System.\nAdded by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 644, Sec. 1, eff.
