Education Code § 88.527","heading":"CONFERENCE.","body":"Texas AgriLife Research shall conduct an annual conference on equine research. Money from the equine research account shall be used to defray the costs of the conference. The conference must be designed to bring to the attention of the Texas horse racing industry the latest research results and technological developments in equine research. The director shall make the report created under Section 88.526 available at the conference.\nAdded by Acts 1991, 72nd Leg., ch. 386, Sec. 73, eff.
