Education Code § 88.606","heading":"STEERING COMMITTEE.","body":"(a) The steering committee is appointed by the Director of the Texas Transportation Institute and shall include a representative of each member of the consortium and others. The president or the director of each consortium member shall recommend an individual to serve as a member of the steering committee.\n(b) The steering committee is established to advise and make recommendations to the director on the operations and activities of the center.\nAdded by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 292, Sec. 1, eff.
