Election Code § 122.033","heading":"ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS FOR APPROVAL OF VOTING MACHINE.","body":"In addition to other requirements for approval, a voting machine must be equipped with:\n(1) a security system capable of preventing operation of the machine;\n(2) registering counters that can be secured against access;\n(3) a public counter; and\n(4) a protective counter.\nActs 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 211, Sec. 1, eff.
