Election Code § 127.093","heading":"TIMES FOR CONDUCTING TEST.","body":"(a) The automatic tabulating equipment used in a central counting station shall be tested for each election as provided by this subchapter.\n(b) The first test of automatic tabulating equipment used in a central counting station and the test of automatic tabulating equipment used at a polling place shall be conducted in conjunction with the public test of logic and accuracy conducted under Section 129.023.\n(c) The automatic tabulating equipment used in a central counting station shall be tested immediately before each time the counting of ballots with the equipment begins.\n(d) The automatic tabulating equipment used in a central counting station shall be tested immediately after each time the counting of ballots with the equipment is completed.\nActs 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 211, Sec. 1, eff.
