Election Code § 13.076","heading":"REQUEST FOR HEARING ON CHALLENGE.","body":"(a) Except as provided by Subsection (b), to be entitled to a hearing on a challenge, the applicant must file a written, signed request for a hearing with the registrar not later than the 10th day after the date of the challenge.\n(b) If a challenge is made in the applicant's presence, at that time the applicant may orally request a hearing.\nActs 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 211, Sec. 1, eff.
