Election Code § 13.103","heading":"PLACE FOR KEEPING FILES; SECURITY.","body":"(a) The registration application files maintained under this subchapter shall be kept in the registrar's office at all times in a place and manner ensuring their security.\n(b) Applications may be removed from the registrar's office temporarily, in a manner ensuring their security, for use in preparing registration certificates, lists of registered voters, and other registration documents by electronic data-processing methods.\nActs 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 211, Sec. 1, eff.
