Election Code § 15.028","heading":"NOTICE OF UNLAWFUL VOTING OR REGISTRATION.","body":"If the registrar determines that a person who is not eligible to vote registered to vote or voted in an election, the registrar shall, within 72 hours not including weekends after making the determination, execute and deliver to the attorney general, the secretary of state, and the county or district attorney having jurisdiction in the territory covered by the election an affidavit stating the relevant facts.\nActs 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 211, Sec. 1, eff.
