Election Code § 16.094","heading":"NOTICE OF HEARING.","body":"(a) The registrar shall deliver written notice of the hearing on the challenge to each party to the controversy not later than the 15th day before the date of the hearing.\n(b) The notice must include:\n(1) the date, hour, and place set for the hearing; and\n(2) a brief explanation of the right to appeal the registrar's decision.\n(c) The notice delivered to the voter whose registration is challenged must be accompanied by a copy of the sworn statement of the grounds for the challenge.\nActs 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 211, Sec. 1, eff.
