Election Code § 162.009","heading":"CONTENTS OF AFFILIATION CERTIFICATE.","body":"The authority issuing an affiliation certificate under this chapter shall enter on the certificate:\n(1) the name of the person to whom the certificate is issued;\n(2) the name of the political party of the affiliation;\n(3) the name and official position of the issuing authority;\n(4) the party function at which the affiliation occurred, if applicable; and\n(5) the date of affiliation.\nActs 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 211, Sec. 1, eff.
