Election Code § 172.123","heading":"ENTERING PRIMARY RESULTS IN ELECTION REGISTER.","body":"(a) The county clerk shall enter the precinct results for the primary election in the election register maintained for the commissioners court.\n(b) The secretary of state shall enter the primary election results for statewide and district offices in the election register maintained for the governor.\n(c) The requirements of this section may be met by entering the results on the secretary of state's website if the secretary of state maintains a website for that purpose.\nActs 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 211, Sec. 1, eff.
