Election Code § 173.033","heading":"USE OF PRIMARY FUND.","body":"(a) The county primary fund shall be used to pay expenses incurred by the county chair in connection with a primary election.\n(b) The state primary fund shall be used to pay expenses incurred by the state chair in connection with a primary election.\n(c) A primary fund may not be used for any other purpose, except as provided by Section 173.032(c).\nActs 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 211, Sec. 1, eff.
