Election Code § 174.068","heading":"VOTING AT CONVENTION.","body":"The state executive committee may adopt rules concerning voting procedures for any party convention. If the state executive committee fails to adopt rules:\n(1) the delegates selected by a particular precinct convention who attend the county or senatorial district convention are entitled to cast a number of votes equal to as many delegates as that precinct convention was entitled to select; and\n(2) a person may not vote a proxy at a county or senatorial district convention.\nActs 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 211, Sec. 1, eff.
