Election Code § 18.011","heading":"FILE OF LISTS FOR COUNTYWIDE ELECTION.","body":"(a) The registrar shall maintain a file containing one of each of the lists prepared under this subchapter for each countywide election.\n(b) The registrar shall retain each list on file for two years after election day except a list used in a presidential election, which shall be retained for four years after election day.\nActs 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 211, Sec. 1, eff.
