Election Code § 182.002","heading":"PARTY ORGANIZATION.","body":"A political party making nominations under this chapter shall:\n(1) establish a county executive committee for each county in which the party will hold a county convention;\n(2) select a chair for each county executive committee; and\n(3) select a precinct chair for each election precinct in which the party will hold a precinct convention.\nActs 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 211, Sec. 1, eff.
