Election Code § 215.009","heading":"ITEMIZED STATEMENT AND INSPECTION OF RECORDS.","body":"(a) On request of a person against whom recount costs are assessed, the recount coordinator shall furnish to the person an itemized statement of the costs. The coordinator shall retain a copy of each statement furnished under this subsection for the period for preserving the precinct election records.\n(b) A person against whom recount costs are assessed is entitled to inspect the cost records of each recount supervisor in whose jurisdiction any of the costs accrued.\nActs 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 211, Sec. 1, eff.
