Election Code § 252.002","heading":"CONTENTS OF APPOINTMENT.","body":"(a) A campaign treasurer appointment must be in writing and include:\n(1) the campaign treasurer's name;\n(2) the campaign treasurer's residence or business street address;\n(3) the campaign treasurer's telephone number; and\n(4) the name of the person making the appointment.\n(b) A political committee that files its campaign treasurer appointment with the commission must notify the commission in writing of any change in the campaign treasurer's address not later than the 10th day after the date on which the change occurs.\nAmended by Acts 1987, 70th Leg., ch. 899, Sec. 1, eff.
