Election Code § 254.152","heading":"TIME FOR REPORTING CERTAIN EXPENDITURES.","body":"If a general-purpose committee makes a political expenditure in the form of a political contribution to another general-purpose committee or to an out-of-state political committee and the contributing committee does not intend that the contribution be used in connection with a particular election, the contributing committee shall include the expenditure in the first report required to be filed under this subchapter after the expenditure is made.\nAmended by Acts 1987, 70th Leg., ch. 899, Sec. 1, eff.
