Election Code § 254.201","heading":"ANNUAL REPORT OF UNEXPENDED CONTRIBUTIONS.","body":"(a) This section applies to:\n(1) a former officeholder who has unexpended political contributions after filing the last report required to be filed by Subchapter D; or\n(2) a person who was an unsuccessful candidate who has unexpended political contributions after filing the last report required to be filed by Subchapter C.\n(b) A person covered by this section shall file an annual report for each year in which the person retains unexpended contributions.\nAmended by Acts 1987, 70th Leg., ch. 899, Sec. 1, eff.
