Election Code § 31.092","heading":"CONTRACT FOR ELECTION SERVICES AUTHORIZED.","body":"(a) The county election officer may contract with the governing body of a political subdivision situated wholly or partly in the county served by the officer to perform election services, as provided by this subchapter, in any one or more elections ordered by an authority of the political subdivision.\n(c) An election services contract need not be submitted to the commissioners court for approval.\nActs 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 211, Sec. 1, eff.
