Election Code § 31.125","heading":"COUNTY WEBSITE.","body":"(a) The county officer responsible for administering elections shall post on the county's Internet website contact information for the county election office including:\n(1) the street address and zip code;\n(2) the mailing address if different from the address provided in Subdivision (1);\n(3) telephone number;\n(4) facsimile number; and\n(5) e-mail address.\n(b) For each polling place located in the county, the county shall post on the county's Internet website:\n(1) the name of the building in which the polling place is located, if available;\n(2) the street address and zip code of the polling place; and\n(3) the days and hours of voting at each location.\n(c) This section applies only to a county that maintains an Internet website.\nAdded by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1052 (H.B. 933), Sec. 4, eff.
