Election Code § 31.158","heading":"TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT.","body":"The employment of the joint elections administrator may be terminated at any time for good and sufficient cause on:\n(1) the vote of not less than four-fifths of the members of the joint elections commission; and\n(2) the approval of that action by a majority vote of the governing bodies of a majority of the participating entities.\nAdded by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 148 (S.B. 493), Sec. 1, eff.
