Election Code § 32.055","heading":"INELIGIBILITY OF CAMPAIGN TREASURER.","body":"(a) A person is ineligible to serve as an election judge or clerk in an election if the person is the campaign treasurer of a candidate in that election.\n(b) In this section, \"candidate\" means a person who has taken affirmative action, as described by the law regulating political funds and campaigns, for the purpose of gaining nomination or election.\nActs 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 211, Sec. 1, eff.
