Election Code § 32.092","heading":"COMPENSATION FOR DELIVERING ELECTION RECORDS AND SUPPLIES.","body":"(a) The election judge or clerk who delivers the precinct election records, keys to ballot boxes or other election equipment, and unused election supplies after an election is entitled to compensation for that service in an amount not to exceed $25.\n(b) If more than one election officer delivers the records, keys, and unused supplies, the presiding judge shall determine how the amount fixed for the service is to be allocated among the officers.\nActs 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 211, Sec. 1, eff.
