Election Code § 52.004","heading":"FAILURE TO PLACE CANDIDATE'S NAME ON BALLOT.","body":"(a) A person commits an offense if the person is responsible for having the official ballot prepared for an election and knowingly fails to place on the ballot the name of a candidate who is entitled to have the candidate's name placed on the ballot.\n(b) An offense under this section is a Class A misdemeanor.\nActs 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 211, Sec. 1, eff.
