Election Code § 63.012","heading":"UNLAWFULLY ACCEPTING OR REFUSING TO ACCEPT VOTER.","body":"(a) An election officer commits an offense if the officer knowingly:\n(1) permits an ineligible voter to vote other than as provided by Section 63.011; or\n(2) refuses to accept a person for voting whose acceptance is required by this code.\n(b) An offense under this section is a Class A misdemeanor.\nActs 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 211, Sec. 1, eff.
