Election Code § 65.051","heading":"DUTY OF EARLY VOTING BALLOT BOARD.","body":"(a) The early voting ballot board shall verify and count provisional ballots as provided by this subchapter not later than the ninth day after the date of an election.\n(a-1) Notwithstanding Subsection (a), for an election held on the date of the general election for state and county officers, the early voting ballot board shall verify and count provisional ballots as provided by this subchapter not later than the 13th day after the date of the election.\n(b) Except as provided by this subchapter, the conduct of the board is governed by the same procedures as are provided by Chapter 87.\n(c) Repealed by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 84 , Sec. 31, eff.
