Election Code § 84.031","heading":"CANCELLATION OF APPLICATION.","body":"(a) An application for an early voting ballot to be voted by mail that has been submitted to the early voting clerk may be canceled only as provided by this subchapter.\n(b) A person whose application is canceled, if otherwise eligible, may vote in the same manner as if the application had not been submitted.\nActs 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 211, Sec. 1, eff.
