September 1, 2025.\n(a) The ballots cast by personal appearance and the ballots voted by mail shall be tabulated separately and shall be separately reported on the returns.\n(b) The returns prepared at the central counting station must include any results obtained by the early voting ballot board under Subchapter D.\nActs 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 211, Sec. 1, eff.
