Election Code § 87.1221","heading":"DISPOSITION OF BALLOT TRANSMITTAL FORM.","body":"(a) The presiding judge of the early voting ballot board shall enter on the ballot transmittal form the following information:\n(1) the number of personal appearance ballots received;\n(2) the number of mail ballots received;\n(3) the number of mail ballots accepted;\n(4) the number of mail ballots rejected; and\n(5) the number of ballots counted or delivered to the central counting station, as applicable.\n(b) A board member shall deliver the transmittal form to the general custodian of election records to be preserved for the period for preserving the precinct election records.\nAdded by Acts 1991, 72nd Leg., ch. 203, Sec. 1.29.","path":["ELECTION CODE","TITLE 7.
