Estates Code § 1105.001","heading":"DEFINITIONS.","body":"In this chapter:\n(1) \"Bond\" means a bond required by this chapter to be given by a person appointed to serve as a guardian.\n(1-a) \"Declaration\" means a declaration taken by a person appointed to serve as a guardian to qualify to serve.\n(2) \"Oath\" means an oath taken by a person appointed to serve as a guardian to qualify to serve.\nAdded by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 823 (H.B. 2759), Sec. 1.02, eff.
