Estates Code § 1105.107","heading":"BOND OF GUARDIANSHIP PROGRAM.","body":"The judge may require a guardianship program appointed guardian under this title to file one bond that:\n(1) meets all the conditions required under this title; and\n(2) is in an amount sufficient to protect all of the guardianships and the creditors of the guardianships of the wards receiving services from the guardianship program.\nAdded by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 823 (H.B. 2759), Sec. 1.02, eff.
