Estates Code § 1158.152","heading":"CONTENTS OF APPLICATION; HEARING.","body":"(a) An application under Section 1158.151 must:\n(1) describe the livestock sought to be sold; and\n(2) state why granting the application is necessary or to the estate's advantage.\n(b) The court:\n(1) shall consider the application; and\n(2) may hear evidence for or against the application, with or without notice, as the facts warrant.\nAdded by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 823 (H.B. 2759), Sec. 1.02, eff.
