Estates Code § 1161.204","heading":"GUARDIAN'S DUTY TO REPORT LOAN TO COURT.","body":"(a) Not later than the 30th day after the date the guardian of the estate loans money from the estate, the guardian shall file with the court a written report, accompanied and verified by an affidavit, stating fully the facts related to the loan.\n(b) This section does not apply to a loan made in accordance with a court order.\nAdded by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 823 (H.B. 2759), Sec. 1.02, eff.
