Estates Code § 1162.006","heading":"NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR INSPECTION.","body":"(a) A person who files an application under Section 1162.005 shall send a copy of the application to:\n(1) each person who has custody of an instrument listed in the application;\n(2) the ward's spouse;\n(3) the ward's dependents;\n(4) all devisees under a will, trust, or other beneficial instrument relating to the ward's estate; and\n(5) any other person as directed by the court.\n(b) Notice required by Subsection (a) must be sent by a qualified delivery method.\nAdded by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 823 (H.B. 2759), Sec. 1.02, eff.
