Estates Code § 1301.201","heading":"MODIFICATION OR REVOCATION OF TRUST.","body":"(a) The court may modify or revoke a management trust at any time before the date of the trust's termination.\n(b) The following may not revoke a management trust:\n(1) the ward for whom the trust is created or the guardian of the ward's estate;\n(2) the incapacitated person for whom the trust is created; or\n(3) the person who has only a physical disability for whom the trust is created.\nAdded by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 823 (H.B. 2759), Sec. 1.02, eff.
