Estates Code § 204.153","heading":"EFFECT OF INCONCLUSIVE RESULTS OF GENETIC TESTING.","body":"If the results of genetic testing ordered under Subchapter B do not identify or exclude a tested individual as the ancestor of the individual described by Section 204.151:\n(1) the court may not dismiss the proceeding to declare heirship; and\n(2) the results of the genetic testing and other relevant evidence are admissible in the proceeding.\nAdded by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 680 (H.B. 2502), Sec. 1, eff.
