Estates Code § 305.001","heading":"DEFINITIONS.","body":"In this chapter:\n(1) \"Bond\" means a bond required by this chapter to be given by a person appointed to serve as a personal representative.\n(2) \"Declaration\" means a written declaration that may be made and signed by a person appointed to serve as a personal representative.\n(3) \"Oath\" means an oath that may be taken by a person appointed to serve as a personal representative.\nAdded by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 680 (H.B. 2502), Sec. 1, eff.
