Estates Code § 305.202","heading":"SURETIES FOR CERTAIN BONDS.","body":"(a) If the amount of a bond exceeds $50,000, the court may require that the bond be signed by:\n(1) at least two authorized corporate sureties; or\n(2) one authorized corporate surety and at least two good and sufficient personal sureties.\n(b) The estate shall pay the cost of a bond with corporate sureties.\nAdded by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 680 (H.B. 2502), Sec. 1, eff.
