Estates Code § 305.205","heading":"SUBORDINATION OF LIEN ON REAL PROPERTY OWNED BY PERSONAL SURETIES.","body":"(a) A personal surety required to create a lien on specific real property under Section 305.204 who wishes to lease the real property for mineral development may file a written application in the court in which the proceedings are pending requesting subordination of the lien to the proposed lease.\n(b) The judge may enter an order granting the application.\n(c) A certified copy of the order, filed and recorded in the deed records of the proper county, is sufficient to subordinate the lien to the rights of a lessee under the proposed lease.\nAdded by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 680 (H.B. 2502), Sec. 1, eff.
