Estates Code § 352.053","heading":"EXPENSE CHARGES.","body":"(a) The court shall act on expense charges in the same manner as other claims against the estate.\n(b) All expense charges shall be:\n(1) made in writing, showing specifically each item of expense and the date of the expense;\n(2) verified by the personal representative's affidavit;\n(3) filed with the clerk; and\n(4) entered on the claim docket.\nAdded by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 680 (H.B. 2502), Sec. 1, eff.
