Estates Code § 353.103","heading":"ORDER FIXING FAMILY ALLOWANCE.","body":"When a family allowance has been fixed, the court shall enter an order that:\n(1) states the amount of the allowance;\n(2) provides how the allowance shall be payable; and\n(3) directs the executor or administrator to pay the allowance in accordance with law.\nAdded by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 680 (H.B. 2502), Sec. 1, eff.
