Estates Code § 355.066","heading":"JUDGMENT IN SUIT ON REJECTED CLAIM.","body":"No execution may issue on a rejected claim or part of a claim that is established by suit. The judgment in the suit shall be:\n(1) filed in the court in which the estate is pending;\n(2) entered on the claim docket;\n(3) classified by the court; and\n(4) handled as if originally allowed and approved in due course of administration.\nAdded by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 680 (H.B. 2502), Sec. 1, eff.
