Estates Code § 452.004","heading":"TEMPORARY ADMINISTRATOR'S BOND.","body":"(a) In this section, \"business day\" means a day other than a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday recognized by this state.\n(b) Not later than the third business day after the date of the order appointing a temporary administrator, the appointee shall file with the county clerk a bond in the amount ordered by the court.\nAdded by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 680 (H.B. 2502), Sec. 1, eff.
