Family Code § 101.004","heading":"CHILD SUPPORT AGENCY.","body":"\"Child support agency\" means:\n(1) the Title IV-D agency;\n(2) a county or district attorney or any other county officer or county agency that executes a cooperative agreement with the Title IV-D agency to provide child support services under Part D of Title IV of the federal Social Security Act (42 U.S.C.
